Ã×À¼ÌåÓý Adds Latest Investment to Altius Group Platform

Ã×À¼ÌåÓý, a global private investor focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has invested in Executive Health Solutions (EHS). The company is an add-on investment to Riverside’s platform, Altius Group Holdings (Altius), a leading provider of occupational rehabilitation, psychosocial and allied health services in Australia. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

EHS is a national provider of comprehensive employer-funded health assessments and ancillary services including health and weight management programs and psychological counselling, servicing corporate executives and privately funded individuals. EHS� services are primarily delivered by general practitioners (GPs) and are aimed at early detection of disease and mitigation of health risks. EHS uses a proprietary longitudinal database to benchmark clients� health profiles relative to typical individuals of similar demographic profiles. This in turn facilitates evidence-based lifestyle management plans.

“EHS is a complementary addition to the Altius platform, particularly since its customer base spans a number of blue-chip companies including top accounting firms, law firms and multinational banks,� said Riverside Australia Fund (RAF) Managing Partner Simon Feiglin. “Additionally, there’s an exciting opportunity to cross-sell other Altius services to EHS customers as part of the Group’s broader corporate health and wellness offering.�

This investment marks a further addition to Riverside’s dedication to Healthcare Specialisation, having invested in more than 200 platform and add-on companies. EHS is Altius� fourth add-on since being acquired by Riverside in March of 2021.
